Diskwala Video Player (diskwala.babyslover.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This page explains how copyright owners can report content they believe infringes their rights, under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 of India.

Important Information About Our Service

We do not host, upload or store video files on our servers. Videos that users access through links are hosted by third-party platforms. Because we do not control those files, the most effective way to remove infringing content is to also send your notice to the platform that hosts it. We will still review every valid notice we receive and act on content or links on our own website where appropriate.

How to File a DMCA Notice

Please send a written notice to our designated copyright contact with all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on our website where the material you claim is infringing appears, with enough detail for us to find it.
  4. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Where to send it:

Incomplete notices may not be actionable, so please include every item above.

What Happens Next

When we receive a complete notice, we will review it promptly, usually within 3 to 7 business days. If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the material on our website and may notify the person who is affected. We may share a copy of your notice, with your personal contact details removed where possible, with the affected party.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and will accept legal process from the person who filed the original notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the complainant tells us they have started legal action.

Repeat Infringers

We may block access, remove links and take other appropriate steps against anyone who is repeatedly reported for copyright infringement in connection with our website.

Misrepresentation

Please make sure your claim is accurate before you submit it. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, a person who knowingly makes a false claim of infringement may be liable for damages. If you are not sure whether material infringes your copyright, consider speaking with a legal professional.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with an updated effective date.
